Terms of Service

Hello and welcome to the Ululab’s Terms of service (the “Terms”). These were last updated on July 2nd, 2021.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian to agree to these Terms. Parents, legal guardians or authorized school officials affirm that they are fully able and competent to agree to these Terms.

Privacy Policy

Use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy.

Prices

We may offer a number of different subscription plans, including special promotions or subscriptions offered by third parties in conjunction with their own services. We are not responsible for the products or services provided by third parties.

We may change the amount of such fees at any time at the end of your subscription period, provided that we will first notify you by email or via posting on our website. Please note that we do not provide price protection or refunds for existing subscribers.

Accounts

Each account must be created and set up by a parent, legal guardian or school official of at least 18 years of age who is responsible for payments and all use on the account. Please notify us at account@ululab.com if you have lost control of your account ID or password.

You can become a subscriber by purchasing a subscription to the Service within the Apps, where allowed by the marketplace partners. When you activate a paid subscription account, you agree that we may renew your subscription automatically. You authorize us to charge you upon the monthly or annual renewal as the case may be for the subscription term chosen, unless you cancel your account prior to its renewal date through the cancellation procedures described on the platform where you purchased. Your credit card (or other method of payment if originally used) will be charged each year, month or other applicable period at the then-current applicable price. We may offer promotional trial subscriptions to access the Services for free or at discounted prices. If you sign up for a trial subscription, your rights to use the Services are limited to the terms of such trial and will terminate or renew according to those terms.

Subscribers might not have access to all sections and functions during trial.

Account Deletion

If you want to delete your account or delete data we have collected according to our Privacy Policy, you can send a request through an email to info@ululab.com.

Termination Clause

Ululab wants its apps to be a place where kids feel welcome and safe in order to learn.
If we determine that you have violated our Terms or policies, we may suspend or disable your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Ululab Services and all information and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the Ululab Services is at your sole risk. Ululab will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of it’s services.

Intellectual Property

All the content in the Ululab Services – including text, software, code, designs, graphics, sounds, general artwork and other content – is owned by Ululab or others we license content from. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other laws.

Governing Law

For any claims or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms, you agree that it will be resolved exclusively in the Quebec jurisdiction according to the Canadian Province of Quebec laws.

Changes and Updates to the Terms of Services

Ululab constantly develops and updates the Services. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service without notice. We may also change parts of the Agreement at any time, including these terms, as posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the changed terms.
